Bethany Sisters
Bethany congregation was founded by the Servant of God Mar Ivanious on 08th September 1925, in Kerala, India; who had committed himself for self–negation and total submission to the Lord, was a man of reverence for his distinctive personality, rare genius and prayer life. With his great conviction that an educated and cultured young generation might pave the way for contemplation of real mission work, he acted as visionary of education in India. Inspired by ancient Indian traditions of Sanyas, he could succeed to establish an ascetic order based on Christian faith. He accepted women into sisterhood and ordained them for a life of dedications. His mission is continued by the Bethany Sisters (SIC) through various charitable institutions in different parts of India. At present we have educational institutions in all over India.
Our School
